Become part of a dedicated care team at Hendrix Health and Rehabilitation, focused on exceptional, person-centered nursing in a supportive environment. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will collaborate with other healthcare professionals providing direct care in a long-term care and rehab facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor and document residents’ health changes and vital signs
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Collaborate with the rehab team for resident recovery
  • Ensure compliance with documentation standards
  • Provide emotional support and education to residents and families
  • Maintain infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
  • Current LPN license
  • Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound care
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Patient-focused and compassionate approach
  • BLS/CPR certification required
