Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to changes in residents' conditions
  • Provide direct nursing care, treatments, and medications
  • Observe residents closely overnight and communicate updates

  • Support morning care transitions
  • Mentor and support CNAs/NA’s during night hours
Qualifications
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
  • Competent in basic nursing skills
  • Experience with EMRs preferred
  • Meets Federal and State licensure requirements
