About the job

Become a vital member of the Civic Center Health and Rehabilitation team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the night shift. Provide direct nursing care, support rehabilitation plans, and help maintain a comforting environment for residents in a long-term care facility.

Key Responsibilities
