Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor, document, and report residents’ health status
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Collaborate with rehabilitation team members for physical, occupational, and speech therapy
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with policies and regulations
  • Provide emotional support and education to residents and families
  • Ensure a safe, clean environment and follow infection control protocols
Qualifications
  • Current, valid LPN license
  • Strong clinical skills in medication administration and wound care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Team-oriented and compassionate approach
  • BLS/CPR certification required
