Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Monitor and document resident health, reporting changes to the RN or physician.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Support rehabilitation plans in coordination with physical, occupational, and speech therapists.
- Maintain accurate, timely records in line with regulations.
- Offer emotional support and education to residents and families.
- Ensure safety and compliance with infection control protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license
- Strong clinical skills (including medication administration and wound care)
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
- BLS/CPR certification required
