Start your day making a difference as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at South Health and Rehabilitation. This role provides essential daily nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, supporting rehabilitation and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Monitor and document vital signs and resident health
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Collaborate with the rehab team to achieve therapy goals
- Accurately document care in compliance with policies
- Support residents and families with education and guidance
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment
Qualifications
- Current, valid LPN license
- Clinical skills in medication administration and wound care
- Strong team player with effective communication skills
- Compassionate, resident-focused approach
- BLS/CPR certification required
