Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) play a vital role on our interdisciplinary healthcare team, working together to help residents recover and live with dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Monitor and document residents’ health, reporting changes to supervising staff
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Collaborate with rehabilitation teams to support recovery goals
- Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with facility and state/federal requirements
- Provide emotional support and patient education to residents and families
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe, clean environment
Qualifications
- Current and valid LPN license
- Strong clinical skills (medication administration, wound care)
- Excellent communication and team skills
- Compassionate, patient-first approach
- BLS/CPR certification required
