Be part of a dedicated, skilled nursing team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at a leading long-term care facility. Deliver person-centered care, support rehabilitation, and collaborate in a supportive, close-knit environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care and support rehabilitation plans
  • Administer medications and manage treatments
  • Help residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, feeding)
  • Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the rehab team
  • Document care and monitor patient status
  • Uphold infection control protocols
Qualifications
  • Valid LPN license
  • Clinical expertise in medication management and wound care
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Compassionate, patient-driven approach
  • BLS/CPR required
