Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care in long-term care and rehabilitation settings
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes
  • Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to support rehabilitation
  • Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records
  • Offer emotional support and education to residents and their families
  • Promote a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment
Qualifications
  • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
  • Prefer experience in long-term care or rehabilitation
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach
  • BLS/CPR certification required
