Responsibilities
- Provide superior service to both internal and external customers
- Maintain Belterra Casino Resort standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel tower
- Clean hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, employee and storage areas as directed
- Maintain and clean all equipment used during the shift
- Document all duties accomplished during the working shift
- Report safety hazards or maintenance deficiencies
- Abide by all security measures
- Greet guests with proper salutation and pleasant expression
- Assist guests with issues within control, ensuring satisfaction
- Perform duties in a quiet and orderly manner
- Uphold room quality by delivering the best service
- Assist the houseperson on department projects as needed
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of relevant housekeeping experience (hotel, motel, inn, etc.)
- Flexible availability, especially on weekends
- Ability to clean as directed at an acceptable performance rate
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required licenses/certifications
- Skills typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training or prior experience
