This day shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position focuses on patient-centered care and building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments
  • Monitor and document residents’ health statuses and vital signs
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support recovery
  • Maintain accurate documentation according to policies and regulations
  • Provide emotional support and education to residents and families
  • Ensure a safe environment by following infection control protocols
Qualifications
  • Current, valid LPN license
  • Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented and compassionate approach to care
  • BLS/CPR certification required
