Key Responsibilities

• Conduct substance abuse screenings and assessments
• Develop individualized treatment and recovery plans
• Facilitate group, individual, and family therapy sessions
• Provide case management and link clients to resources
• Ensure accurate records and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, social work, or similar required
• Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) credential
• QMHP certification preferred
