Coordinate clinical placements and partnerships for educational programs, ensuring effective documentation, compliance, and relationship management with school partners. The role is responsible for securing clinical sites, tracking placement data, and supporting candidate experience and program requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure and maintain clinical placement sites and documentations
• Coordinate Memorandums of Understanding with school partners
• Track placement data, immunization records, and background checks
• Ensure compliance with program, licensure, and accreditation standards
• Collaborate with faculty and school representatives

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred
• Information technology proficiency (Word, Excel, databases)
• PreK-12 or higher education experience preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
