Key Responsibilities

• Supervise hospice nurses, LVNs, and care team members
• Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and compliance with care plans
• Participate in team conferences and performance evaluations
• Conduct field visits and support clinical providers
• Address patient and family concerns
• Adhere to company policies and support staff training

Qualifications

• Current California RN license required
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented mindset and adaptability
