Charge Nurse ( RN ) Evening or Night

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care during overnight hours
• Assess, monitor, and document residents’ conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as per protocols
• Collaborate with on-call providers, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team
• Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans
• Ensure accurate documentation in electronic records
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic nighttime environment
• Supervise and support CNAs and direct care staff

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Prefer experience in geriatric, long-term, or rehabilitation care
• Understanding of clinical protocols and healthcare regulations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Compassionate, resident-first approach
• BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS a plus
