This role centers around managing a Behavioral Health Residential Program to help adults with moderate to severe mental illness learn independent life skills. The position involves program oversight, staff training, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a specialized treatment center.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee the behavioral health residential program
• Supervise and train staff to execute established clinical protocols
• Build supportive relationships with residents and team members
• Collaborate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams
• Document and monitor treatment processes and outcomes

Qualifications

• Preferred licensure: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, or near licensure
• Management, supervision, and team training experience
• Experience working with adults with disabilities
• Strong relational, organizational, and collaborative skills
